Food was ok, service was good. Concept is not my style. Seats in booth were not confortable, & slightly clostrophobic. Cocktails came in a small can filled & sealed by the restaurant. Pop & pour it yourself.
C'était vraiment une agréable découverte! Un restaurant magnifique, un service impeccable, un ramen vegan délicieux & épicé, des cocktails rafraîchissants! Un must dans le coin!
Good ramen. Pork is usually my go-to when it comes to ramen, but I gave the tori paitan a try & the chicken was delicious, served in a thick, creamy broth. They offer three options of alcohol free beer, & interesting cocktails & wine. Cute spot, make sure to get a reservation!

Les tables sont tellement petites nous n'avons aucune espace pour bouger ni même pour manger. Les bouillons sont extrêmement parfumés & cela fait en sorte qu'à la moitié du bol, ça tombe sur le coeur. Les cocktails sont extrêmement cher pour quelque chose qui vient déjà en canette. Le service & l'ambiance sont impeccable.
We tried Hono Ramen on a getaway to Quebec City & loved it!! We ordered several apps & then each had a bowl of ramen! Our cocktails were also amazing & the service was great.
My friend & I were in Quebec City for a few days & were looking for just some great food & we stumbled upon this restaurant. This was truly an insane experience. Everything from the cocktails to the appetizers, the branding to the ramen itself. I love ramen so much & am rather picky but the Shoyu ramen was heavenly-& a perfectly soft-boiled egg too. The kimchi was the first thing we got & I was BLOWN away. Not too spicy, mild sweetness-marvelous. But the drinks.... I had the Sesame Street Boulevard & the Sapporo with Yuzu. Both were fantastic. The cocktail was perfectly balanced with the bite of the martini bitters & the savory aspect of the sesame oil. The Sapporo was a wonderfully refreshing contrast to that drink that paired perfectly with the ramen. My friend & I were so impressed that we bought some of the merchandise-it's also very great branding so that's a plus. May come back to Quebec City just for this meal.
La nourriture était excellente, nous étions satisfaits! Le service a été impeccable. Nous avions reservé au bar puisque le site disait plus aucune place. Toutefois, sur place il y avait plusieurs tables de disponibles qui avait l'air davantage confortable... Nous aurions aimé pouvoir profiter d'une table! Cocktail dispendieux pour une mini canette, mais très bon!
Très bon Ramen, bouillon goûteux, chashu excellent. Beignets homard avec peu de homard & sauce en trop grande quantité & trop industriel. Cocktail en canette yuzu gin trop sucré & pas assez de gin. Service agréable
Bouillon shoyu vraiment trop salé, à tel point que je n'ai pas pu tout finir. Bon oeuf tamago. Le Karaage était aussi super bon. Par contre, le cocktail en cannette goûtait le sirop médicamenteux. Je n'y reviendrai pas. Pour avoir goûté à ceux du ramen Isshin à Montréal, j'avais de grandes attentes de ce resto de ramen à Québec. Bref, j'ai été déçue.
