Super ambience & bon service ! 🙂

Les drinks sont délicieux! 10/10

Les entrées ne sont pas toutes des spécialités japonaise comme les shumais & le kimchi par contre.

Les beignets au homard sont goûteux & tendres. 9/10

Le karage est par contre très sec. 6/10

Les shumais au porc dans le black vinegar sont délicieux! 10/10

Le ramen Shoyu est plus inspiré des ramens chinois mais très bon! 8/10

Le ramen Miso au porc est bon mais un peu salé. Le porc était délicieux. Très bien garnis avec beaucoup d'ingrédients, très copieux. 8/10

My friend & I were in Quebec City for a few days & were looking for just some great food & we stumbled upon this restaurant. This was truly an insane experience. Everything from the cocktails to the appetizers, the branding to the ramen itself. I love ramen so much & am rather picky but the Shoyu ramen was heavenly-& a perfectly soft-boiled egg too. The kimchi was the first thing we got & I was BLOWN away. Not too spicy, mild sweetness-marvelous. But the drinks.... I had the Sesame Street Boulevard & the Sapporo with Yuzu. Both were fantastic. The cocktail was perfectly balanced with the bite of the martini bitters & the savory aspect of the sesame oil. The Sapporo was a wonderfully refreshing contrast to that drink that paired perfectly with the ramen. My friend & I were so impressed that we bought some of the merchandise-it's also very great branding so that's a plus. May come back to Quebec City just for this meal.

La nourriture & le bouillon du ramen étaient déliceux par contre le service était faible: 1. Il n'y avait supposément pas de place sauf au bar de la cuisine. Par contre des tables sont restées libre ou se sont libérées après notre arrivée 2. Aucune bouteille d'eau nous a été offerte après notre commande. Nous avions des drinks er j'aurais pu demander mais le minimum serait de l'offrir. 3. Le vin servi dans un short tumbler, peut-être trendy? Peut-être que toutes les coupes étaient au lave-vaisselle? Peut-être juste une mauvaise idée. 4. Personne pour nous demander si tout allait bien.

Their chashu is so good. Super thick & juicy & slightly charred for an extra crisp. The soup was bit too salty though. The noodles are different for the different ramens, or at least for us. Not sure if there's a specific reason behind that. No customisation options up front. Their slushes are like a brick. Better to let it melt a little first then drink. The atmosphere is really lovely with cute decors. Overall pretty good ramen!

Loved this place !! They have a few vegan options, the vegan ramen is SOOOOO good ! Drinks are also real good, would recommend if you are tired to go to the Don xD

Tres bon, mais trop couteux pour ce que c'est. De plus, la formule « pret a boire » de leurs drinks enleve le coté special de la sortie au restaurant. Manque d'amour dans les verres.
