Ça faisait longtemps que nous voulions visiter le Hono Ramen & nos attentes étaient très élevées... Oh que nous avons été satisfaits!! De l'accueil jusqu'à notre sortie, tout a été parfait. Le service y est chaleureux, convivial & professionnel. La carte de vins & d'alcool, incluant de beaux produits québécois & une sélection de whisky japonais & de saké à ravir, est originale & constitue un accord parfait avec la bouffe servie. Les plats sont délicieux, délicats, avec des saveurs authentiques & bien équilibrées. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner ❣️🔥🫶
J'ai vraiment adoré ma première expérience chez Honõ Ramen. Le service était excellent & la nourriture encore plus. Le seul regret que j'ai, c'est d'avoir attendu si longtemps avant de l'essayer 😁 Le porc fondait sur la langue, le mélange des saveurs était juste divin. J'ai pris les Ramen Miso & ma conjointe les Ramen Végétariennes. Lorsque vous aurez le goût de quelque chose de différent faite vous plaisir, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Quite literally, the best ramen we've ever had - the shoyo ramen was outstanding, very rich & deeply flavored broth. Wish there was a Hono Ramen in Boston.
Food was excellent & authentic. Staff was helpful & explained French menu to us in English. Restaurant was sweaty & needed air; location was not family friendly; & you should be able to order food from either Hono restaurant, but for some reason they won't let you.
Quoi ne pas aimé chez Hono Ramen. Nourriture de qualité à un prix abordable, un atmosphère unique & invitante. Si j'ai un endroit a recommander dans le secteur de st-rock , c'est bien cette petite perle caché. Bravo à l'équipe
Pour avoir essayé quasiment tous les restaurants de ramen de cette ville vous ne trouverez pas mieux ici. Petit mais cadre super agréable surtout si vous avez la chance d'être au comptoir de cuisine. Prix très correct. Seul bémol quand on a une cuisine ouverte l'hygiène est très importante que ce soit son plan de travail ou sur soi-même ... A part ça vraiment très belle expérience, j'ai hâte d'aller essayer hono izakaya.

La nourriture était excellente, vraiment! Le service, quant à lui, était plutôt expéditif. On avait en masse de temps pour manger, mais pourtant on se faisait presque garrocher la nourriture au fur & à mesure qu'elle arrivait. Le service à Hono Izakaya, les fois où je suis allé, était meilleur.
Toujours bon comme d'habitude!!!
Cependant, notre serveuse a été absente pendant un bon moment après notre repas. Lorsqu'elle est finalement arrivée, elle nous a dit qu'il était trop tard pour commander un dessert & que nous devions quitter. C'est dommage.
Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous allons au hono & le service est toujours excellent. Nous allons revenir comme à l'habitude. Merci!
