It's been hard to compare the ramen I had in Japan, but the one at Hono Ramen was pretty good! I got the miso, which had a thicker broth than expected but was delicious. The pork belly was so crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside. The staff & atmosphere were great as well!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines au Japon il y a 5 ans & avons mangé plusieurs ramens de tous genres pendant notre séjour (cheap, average & gastronomique). Le vôtre est de loin le meilleur ever!!! Longue vie à Hono... j'en veux toutes les semaines maintenant ! 😁
