It's been hard to compare the ramen I had in Japan, but the one at Hono Ramen was pretty good! I got the miso, which had a thicker broth than expected but was delicious. The pork belly was so crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside. The staff & atmosphere were great as well!

We ordered 1 miso noodles , 2 shoyu noodles & 1 vegan noodles. Vegan taste very good but the Chashu of the other 3 noodles are over cooked & burn. We were not able to eat them because they were too bitter from the burn.

Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, nous avons prit un ramen shoyu & un miso. Les ingrédients à l'intérieur sont excellent, par contre le bouillon manque de saveur comparativement à un vrai ramen traditionnel, comme si c'était dilué. Bon quand même mais je préfère manger un ramen avec un bouillon plus savoureux.

Great ramen shop! The fact it's so little adds to the charm. I had the miso ramen 🍜, swapped the pork for salmon korokke (amazeballs) & some karrage on the side. Heavenly.

Le bouillon de la soupe miso était très salé. Un peu trop pour moi & nous avons trouvé que le prix des cocktails était très élevé. Ils coutent le même prix ou presque que le repas. Sinon, le personnelle était super accueillant & amicale & l'ambiance du restaurant est super.
