It remains unchanged, making it a favorite due to its authentic taste. The environment is beautiful, the service is attentive, & the food is delicious!
Ambiance japonaise avec cuisine ouverte. Le personnel est sympathique & très professionnel. Les ramen sont succulents. Je conseille poulet karrage en entrée. La sauce de shumais est très équilibré.
I ordered the basic Shoyu ramen. Was I ever surprised. It was the best ramen I've had since Tokyo trip. It was just enough spice, salt & surprisingly a healthy portion of thick cut pork. Sooo good!!
A small, cozy restaurant. Their ramen was amazing. The noodles had the right texture, & I loved the flavor of the shoyu ramen. It had an umami taste, with just the right amount of savory & light sweetness. They added unique ingredients like lettuce & red pickles, which surprisingly complemented each other well. It was totally worth the long wait.
The tables are very tight spaces so be aware of that. Reservations are a must. We did the chicken ramen & the noodle was perfect & the chicken had a great teriyaki flavor but the broth was like a salt bomb. Very hard to taste the flavor of the broth with all that salt. The lobster fritters are very good though!
This was the best ramen that I've ever had, even better than Ivan Ramen's in NYC! I loved this place & the vibe of the restaurant. This is a must eat place restaurant in Quebec City if you're a lover of ramen. Very reasonably priced & the service was nothjng short of excellent! 5 stars on all fronts!!
