Their chashu is so good. Super thick & juicy & slightly charred for an extra crisp. The soup was bit too salty though. The noodles are different for the different ramens, or at least for us. Not sure if there's a specific reason behind that. No customisation options up front. Their slushes are like a brick. Better to let it melt a little first then drink. The atmosphere is really lovely with cute decors. Overall pretty good ramen!

Absolutely lovely experience. Great food, great atmosphere, good cocktails, & great service! We loved the quail eggs, not to mention the ramens (we had the Miso & Shoyu). 10/10 would go again if we find ourselves in Quebec again

C'était la première fois que je mangeais des ramen au restaurant, j'ai pris le shoyu ramen & j'ai trouvé ça ordinaire (& surtout trop salé & goûtait le miso). Je voulais goûter un tonkotsu ramen mais ils n'en font pas. Je donnerais une autre chance. Les nouilles étaient on point & le service était très sympatique & courtois.

Incredible & tasty ramen, we also had a few apps & cocktails. We initially planned on dining at their sister restaurant but it was booked fully, a happy mistake! Highly reccomend.

Pour la première fois, hier, le bouillon de mon ramen végétalien était tiède. & le temps que je le termine, il était froid. C'est dommage car bien que les ingrédients sont de première qualité, un ramen, c'est bon chaud !

It's been hard to compare the ramen I had in Japan, but the one at Hono Ramen was pretty good! I got the miso, which had a thicker broth than expected but was delicious. The pork belly was so crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside. The staff & atmosphere were great as well!
