The ramen were not even 2/5. They don't give chilli crisps, but you have to pay $3 for it. I had high expectations. The entire restaurant is hyped on social media & I don't know why.
Coming from Montreal we have had good ramen.

Edited - We have seen this place on social media & were really excited to visit but the ramen were not good. We were expecting a lot but it had a straight dull taste.
I wanted to visit this place for a long time & ended up being disappointed & upset.

It is a small restaurant for its popularity, so we had a bit of a wait time if we did not choose to sit at the back counter by the kitchen. They would do very well in a larger space, but it was nice to see everything being made right in front of us. The food & service were excellent. We got the chicken & miso ramen, both of which were flavorful & good portions for the price. The'La Mer Noire,' however, tasted like cough syrup & had too many flavors in it at once. The'Yuzu Slushie' was excellent, very good. I would recommend calling ahead & getting a reservation, even for small groups, at peak times.

Selon moi, le meilleur resto de ramens à Québec. Tout est excellent. Les dumplings sont succulents, les options de drinks ainsi que la bière sont très biens & les ramens sont divins. Le restaurant est assez petit, donc il est préférable d'avoir une réservation. Par contre, chaque fois que j'y suis allé sans réservation, j'ai été capable d'avoir une place. Le service est toujours sans faute & d'une rapidité toujours surprenante.
