Tout était absolument incroyable, du bouillon de ramen, en passant par le karaage à la mayo au wasabi, en terminant par le shooter de Yuzu téquila. Laurence était sublime, attentionnée, gentille, sans être trop présente. Le seul hic, ce sont de très petites banquettes. Hono Ramen entre dans mon top trois des meilleurs ramen au Québec

Les tables sont tellement petites nous n'avons aucune espace pour bouger ni même pour manger. Les bouillons sont extrêmement parfumés & cela fait en sorte qu'à la moitié du bol, ça tombe sur le coeur. Les cocktails sont extrêmement cher pour quelque chose qui vient déjà en canette. Le service & l'ambiance sont impeccable.

Amazing must do spot in Quebec City. Out of the old town but in an up & coming hip area. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, great Japanese design & amazing ramen (Shio) & Pork dumplings.
