If you're looking for authentic tonkotsu ramen, you may want to look elsewhere. I was disappointed to find that their broth was not rich, rather was more clear. If you like clearer broth ramens, you would enjoy this! Nonetheless, it was still good, & so was the service & atmosphere. It even came with a delicious cube of cheesecake. But you may leave dissatisfied if you come expecting tonkotsu broth.

Bouillon shoyu vraiment trop salé, à tel point que je n'ai pas pu tout finir. Bon oeuf tamago. Le Karaage était aussi super bon. Par contre, le cocktail en cannette goûtait le sirop médicamenteux. Je n'y reviendrai pas. Pour avoir goûté à ceux du ramen Isshin à Montréal, j'avais de grandes attentes de ce resto de ramen à Québec. Bref, j'ai été déçue.

Le service était bon, les shumai végé était froid. Le nouveau ramen végé est faible en qualité & gout par rapport à lui d'avant, d'ailleurs, il ne goute aucunement le miso, mais bien presque exclusivement la tomate. Bon quand même, mais pas aussi bien qu'avant & average. Là pâte de Chili est beaucoup meilleur comme extra que la sauce piquante que vous offriez avant. Moi & mon bro on avait l'habitude de venir manger mais honnêtement je vois pu l'intérêt, dommage. Aussi peut-être pas mettre les stalk au complet de coriandre on dirait quia de l'écorce au travers du bouillon, mais merci à la serveuse pour son bon service.
