Je suis moi même cheffe avec mon conjoint & c'est notre place à chaque fois qu'on vient à Québec. C'est à l'unanimité notre restaurant préférer où on a rien à redire sur la qualité des saveurs & du service !

It's been hard to compare the ramen I had in Japan, but the one at Hono Ramen was pretty good! I got the miso, which had a thicker broth than expected but was delicious. The pork belly was so crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside. The staff & atmosphere were great as well!

Nous avons dîner & profité du magnifique menu du midi. Le repas était incroyablement bon. Le service impeccable. Pour nous, cela va devenir un de nos incontournables !

Les soupes sont parfaites, le karaage n'était pas aussi bon... Les saveurs sont moins au rendez-vous. La texture y était.
