Il serait agréable de pouvoir essayer les différents bouillons dans les Ramens. Je prends toujours le ramen végétarien mais j'aimerais pouvoir essayer un bouillon différent qu'on me refuse a chaque visite..

Great ramen shop! The fact it's so little adds to the charm. I had the miso ramen 🍜, swapped the pork for salmon korokke (amazeballs) & some karrage on the side. Heavenly.

Deuxième visite à cet établissement. Nous étions assis côté cuisine. Encore une fois, j'ai apprécié ma visite. Bien que nous étions arrivés 10 minutes d'avance, nous avons pu prendre place. Une employée est venue nous voir rapidement pour notre commande. L'ambiance est survoltée. Mon "Shoyu" était parfait. Dew nouilles cuites à la perfection. Mon gros coup se coeur revient à tous les employés. Comment reconnaît-on les bons employés? Ceux qui gardent leur sourire & professionnalisme quand la place est bondée. & des employés comme ça, il y en a beaucoup au pied carré dans cet endroit. Je vous salue bien bas & vous souhaite bon succès pour la suite.

J'adore leurs ramens & surtout le porc qui est délicieux. J'y essaie des sakés qu'ils importent & je fais de belles découvertes. Commandez des Ramune pour une liqueur au goût de fruit pour ceux qui aiment les options sans alcool. Les edamames sont aussi une entrée à essayer.

The food & service was good. The booths although are too tight for 4 guests... we also did not feel comfortable about having to leave the credit card info while booking, & the fine for a no-show
