First time trying this ramen spot in Quebec City, but overall it was a very pleasant experience. We were seated promptly with a reservation & catered to quickly. We both got the karaage chicken as an entree & shoyu pork ramen. Both were quite good. The karaage chicken at times felt like more breading than chicken but overall very moist chicken & very tasty! The ramen was very good, noodles cooked very well, & the broth was not too salty. The pork was a little dry but the fat was rendered nicely. We also got the cold Sake (which is not on the menu but it available) & had a nice floral undertone & it paired deliciously with the chicken & ramen. Would definitely return.

Très belle soirée à cet endroit!
Le service était rapide & excellent & le personnel très courtois & sympathique.
Tout était très bon, mais j'ai trouvé le bouillon de miso hyper salé (c'est mon goût personnel bien sûr).
J'y retournerai sans hésiter pour essayer d'autres plats.

This place is a ripoff. $50 USD. I had chicken ramen. It was insanely salty & mid at best. My wife had some kind of soy milk ramen. It was bizarre & flavorless. She ate like 10% of it... Idk man, I was so disappointed. I want my money back honestly. Oh & they crammed us into the world's tiniest two-person booth. Very strange place honestly. I've noticed a trend in the Canadian Google reviews that they basically glaze every place. They say it's so so so good. I would take those reviews with a huge pinch of salt.

Booked a reservation specifically for the seats at the kitchen, was told it was not really available because there were no other seatings back there. Was really looking forward to the meal but was disappointed, dumplings were lacking balance in flavour & were not hot, & the ramen was ok. Fritters were pretty good. Staff was friendly
