Excellente cuisine sauf pour la salade de bourgots, selon nous sans intérêt. Le reste était impeccable. Savoureux & original. Mais nous avons trouvé totalement inacceptable la méconnaissance de la carte des vins par notre serveur. & depuis quand l'on ne fait pas goûter un vin au verre? Très décevant, à cet égard. La prochaine fois, je vais prendre une grosse bière, tiens. Néanmoins, je recommande ce resto pour l'offre de cuisine indienne limitée à Québec & leur admirable travail de produits locaux.
Super soirée! Les serveurs étaient incroyables! Petit bémol: ce serait bien d'avoir une carte qui présente les boissons offertes (au moins pour les vins & les bières qui sont constamment vendus à l'année). La musique faisait en sorte que j'entendais peu le serveur nous énumérer les choix d'alcool, & avec tous les choix qu'ils offraient je ne m'en souvenais pas la moitié après me les avoir énumérer (respect au serveur qui m'a gentiment répéter les choix au moins 3 fois😂). Mais sinon, très belle expérience!!

Belle carte de vin, nourriture savoureuse (nous avons pris le menu dégustation) & excellent rapport qualité prix. Le service était chaleureux & efficace.
Fusion Indian Restaurant, not the typical Indian restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised. I would HIGHLY suggest the tasting menu. We were served 11 dishes (counting the rice & the tortillas), we were 3 people & it cost around $45-$50 per person. Please note the servings & price can change based on the chef's decision for that night. Each dish was served with a description from the waitress. (Service was excellent). Everyone that approached our table spoke English & were always smiling. You DO require to reserve in advance since they do not take any walk-ins. The food was excellent, not all flavours & spices were Indian flavours but the combination was great. They would replace paneer with cheese curds for example, & the Vindaloo isn't spicy. We will surely go back, we enjoyed our evening
Nous avons passé un moment privilégié a la rencontre de passionnés. Cocktail, entrée, vin, plat principal...sans oublier le dessert, TOUT était absolument délicieux, servi dans des plats vintage par du personnel sympathique & souriant. La soirée a passée en un clin d'oeil tellement le service & l'ambiance était agréable. J'en garderai un très bon souvenir & j'y retournerai avec joie!
Impossible de trouver un comparatif semblable, l'expérience était absolument impéccable & au-delà de mes attentes. Les saveurs, l'originalité & la qualité sont innégallé. Seul bémol est une carte des vins manquant de variétés dans le rouge & leur prix un peut trop élevés, mais ce fut une soirée inoubliable.
Nous avons adoré notre souper au Kundah hotel! Le service était impeccable & l'ambiance chaleureuse. Chaque plat était délicieux, & une belle sélection de vins pour accompagner la nourriture.
Service excellent, laissez au serveur le choix de vous faire découvrir une cuisine indienne fusion aux saveurs incroyables. Supers cocktails qui sortent de l'ordinaire & carte des vins intéressante. Hotel Kundah nous nous reverrons bientôt !
Cela n'était pas notre première visite, & encore une fois wow! Nous étions déjà allés en couple, entre amis, hier nous sommes allés en famille & encore WoW! Un merci spécial à Théo, le gars de Caraquet & Vincent pour le service. On reviendra!!
