Comment goûter la cuisine indienne autrement....
C'est la raison pour laquelle on y va & qui nous donne le goût d'y retourner.
Le plaisir de découvrir les saveurs, la fraîcheur des produits & la créativité.
Mais au delà des plats, le service y est chaleureux, accueillant.
Une carte des vins fort intéressante, de petites trouvailles (une belle sélection de vin orange) & d'excellents cocktails.
Tout y est...
On y retourne pour le plaisir d'y goûter & d'y être....

Voici nos conclusions.:

- Nourriture très savoureuse (Aubergines Bharta & Pappadum, Ribs Vindaloo, Momos, Palak Bergeron, Champignons Tikka Masala, Poulet Achari Tikka, plat de légumes grillé & un extra riz). Nous avons trouvé les côtes de porc grasses & un peu sèches. Le poulet quant à lui manquait un peu de cuisson. Par contre, pour les deux viandes, les sauces étaient délicieuses. Nous aurions peut-être préféré un autre fromage que du fromage en grains avec le Palak Bergeron.

- Le service: Le serveur semblait pressé & donnait peu de détails sur les plats, comparativement à notre première visite. C'était "okay" mais un peu expéditif. Nous avons attendu longtemps entre l'entrée & les autres plats, sans doute à cause des viandes.

Great ambiance & excellent cocktails. Starters of pakora, puri & pork dumplings were all very tasty. Stand out main was beef rib vindaloo. A curried cheese curd dish was a bit unexciting but overall a very good meal. Only offered Kingfisher on the beer front but from overhearing another table they do a good range of local brews too. If we lived here we'd definitely go again.

Excellente nourriture ! Tout était très bon !! L'ambiance est aussi très agréable équipe dynamique toutefois le service a été fait très rapidement ... je n'ai même pas eu le temps de commander du vin pour le repas & quand nous avons terminé nous voulions prendre un digestif mais on s'est rendu compte qu'un couple attendait notre table pourtant nous avons pas été très longtemps dans le restaurent

Mais autre que ce détail la qualité des plats est incroyable !
