Le Kundah Hotel à Québec est mon restaurant préféré, & pour de bonnes raisons! Chaque fois que je m'y rends, je suis accueillie par un service exceptionnel, notamment grâce à l'équipe dynamique composée de Théo, Hancock, Julien & Élizabeth dont le chef d'orchestre est nul autre que Samuel un des copropriétaires. Leur attention aux détails, leur sensibilité, leur écoute face aux désirs des clients & leur convivialité ajoutent vraiment à l'expérience. La véritable star de ce lieu, cependant, est la cuisine dirigée par le Chef Raphaël Théberge, le 2e copropriétaire & son équipe en cuisine. Leur créativité & leur maîtrise culinaire transparaissent dans chaque plat, qu'il s'agisse des argousiers puri, les pakoras, des momo, le tartare de boeuf, Vada pav, la salade de bourgot kooloo, du poulet Achari tikka (sauce habanero), des pétoncles, ou même du simple brocoli - tout est impeccablement préparé & délicieux. Tout ça est disponible en formule "Menu découverte" à 45.00 $ ... IMAGINEZ LE FESTIN !!!!!! & que dire des cocktails? Ils sont tout simplement incroyables, avec des créations originales telles que le Lassy, le Tequila Curcuma, ou encore le PepperPlane. Chaque boisson est un véritable délice pour les papilles. Je recommande vivement le Kundah Hotel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Cependant, assurez-vous de réserver à l'avance, car ce restaurant est toujours plein à craquer - la preuve de son succès bien mérité! Pssssstttttt.... Demandez une escalope de foie gras au chef. Vous m'en reparlerez!

Ok au départ je m'attendais au typique poulet au beurre... eh bien non ... BIEN MEILLEUR ! Wow ... Les entrées savoureuses, cocktails excellents. Bref j'y retourne!
