J'étais un client quand ça a ouvert il ya 26 ou 27 ans. La qualité n'est plus ce qu'elle était. C'est un peu devenu la Wal-Mart des boulangerie. Très déçu. Aller faire un tour à Bromont, Canaël Boulangerie/ Patisserie, vous avez du boulot.

We loved this bakery so much that we came back two mornings in a row! The croissants & pain au chocolat were excellent-fresh, flaky, & delicious. The coffee was great too. We'll definitely be back the next time we're visiting Québec City

Le service des boissons chaudes ou froides est catastrophiques. Il faudrait penser à reformer vos employés sur cette partie de magasin.
Deux jours de suite ils se sont trompés dans ma commande (reçu après plus de 10 minutes pour un espresso, un iced latte & un chocolat chaud...). Après ce renvoi (+5min...) l'espresso était froid nous avons encore dû renvoyer la commande. La responsable d'équipe a dû prendre notre commande en charge car son equipe est incappable.

Donc si vous mangez ici, pas de soucis sur le service des sandwichs mais arrêtez-vous là.

Carrot Cake muffin 🧡🧡🧡 excellent!
Iced Chia Latte was perfect, too.
Very friendly staff & quick service.
Has a European vibe & cozy layout.
Now I know why it is a local fav!

Our go to place for breakfast during our short stay in QC. Their selection of viennoiserie was stunning & I wish I had more time to try different items. The Pain Suisse I tried was extremely filling but really nice.
The cappuccino was amazing, the right balance of coffee (& relative strength) & milk & foam. 😍
We also tried their sandwiches, freshly made, & they were very very tasty!

We recently stayed in the area. It was nice to walk to this lovely patisserie every morning . Sit have a very nice coffee & croissant. Very comfortable space, nice staff.
