The best croissants of my life. Unfortunately, we were only in Québec for three nights. However, I had a culinary highlight every morning. The Amandine (Almond) & Amandine au Chocolat (Almond with chocolate) tasted fantastic. Prepared fresh every morning. The puff pastry was pleasantly soft & slightly buttery, combined with an exceptionally tasty but not too sweet almond cream filling. Depending on your choice, there was also a delicious dark chocolate note. I would have liked to try more, but I didn't want the scales to explode. They are small calorie bombs after all. But I would have loved to try every pastry here. Combined with the very tasty & not too hot coffee (cappuccino), it was the perfect start to the day. The price for a croissant (5.95$) is just about right, but shouldn't be any higher.

Always consistent & fresh with great variety. I really love their rustic bread. The pastries are very buttery & make for a nice treat. The staff is always very helpful & kind, you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I just wish they didn't work while sick, even if masked it is a little uncomfortable & unappetizing, it'd be a better look to offer your staff proper sick leave in these instances. Overall it is a nice place to stop for a morning coffee & croissant.

Stopped by on our way back home back to the US. Ordered the croissants - dulce de leche(the staff was so friendly & helped us pick the best baked goods. Absolutely loved their chicken croissant sandwich. We had some Kalamata bread & sourdough as well. Everything was really good! Would definitely come back again for a chicken croissant sandwich👌🏼

Parfait pour petit déjeuner café croissant ou autre pâtisserie pour ma part. Service excellent dans un endroit multi resto. Place assises sont restreintes mais la qualité des produits nous fait oublier ce fait.

Excellent bakery! Nice place to get pastries/croissants & cakes! Love the variety, the quality & service here! Convenient & easily accessible. The place is clean too. They also sell frozen dough/pastry for you to bake at home at reasonable prices!

The bakery feels a little utilitarian. Egg sandwiches & croissants were fine but nothing special, but the savory vegetable tart was outstanding. Smoothie wasn't especially good.

Le gestionnaire Facebook de la page de La Boîte à Pain n'est pas très professionnel. Hier mardi 19 mars une publication à propos des croissants aux amandes & des chocolatines aux amandes mentionnait que ceux-ci contenait de la pâte d'amandes alors j'ai répondu à la publication avec ce commentaire'pâte d'amandes ou crème d'amandes' (il y a une différence). Le gestionnaire au lieu de me répondre a décidé de me bloquer de la page de cette entreprise que j'aimais bien. En espérant que le propriétaire voit ce message & ait une petite conversation avec ce gestionnaire malotru.

J'aime beaucoup cet endroit & eux n'échappe pas à l'augmentation car un simple petit sandwich peut coûter 9 dollars mais leur croissant sont vraiment bon
