I highly recommend choosing La Buchette! We had a delicious meal. We had the poutine (it was amazing), mussels with fries & the croquet truffe as well as the creme brulee & a coffee nordique. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated & cozy...10/10.

Ordered a onion soup, the soup it is sweet & sour. The cheese is on the bread, not'in the soup' quite different.

Waygu burger was good too.

Service was amazing, environment & atmosphere at the patio was very relax.

Food & drinks were delicious! Got the Beef Bourginon & the summer salad. Our toddler enjoyed her linguine.

I like comfort food & La Buchette serves up delicious Quebecois faire. The beef bourguignon was fab. A rich velvety sauce with fork tender beef served in a cassoulet bowl along side flavourful mashed potatoes. The staff service was excellent & it was a joy to listen to the kitchen chefs enjoying themselves while preparing meals. I highly recommend a stop at La Buchette for a taste of Quebec in a relaxed cabin-y vibe.

The servers were super friendly & patient with our group & toddler. Great atmosphere. The brunch item shown below was super tasty & filling & highly recommend. Definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast or brunch! We plan on coming back to try out their dinner options!

My wife Fran & I along with our travelling friends went this restaurant for dinner last evening. Our last night in Old Quebec City & we are very happy to have found La Buchette. Our young female waitress was a pleasure & very attentive. Her suggestions were helpful in navigating so many menu choices. Our meals were very good (except the Ribeye steak was grisly) . The carrot cake more than made up for my steak. I have to admit it was the best carrot cake I have ever had. I would highly recommended this restaurant for your dinner plans.

The best restaurant in Quebec by far! I highly recommend the duck carpaccio & tge steak. & what about the service! The team was on fire, we didn't need to move a muscle & somebody was there to awnser our questions. S/O Christopher Royer for this amazing dinner that we will never forget, you can be proud of your team. ♥?

You might not believe it, but without a doubt, this is the best restaurant you can go to in Quebec - offering real flavor & top-notch quality. The steak (filet mignon), as well as the appetizers & desserts, are exceptional. & of course, the professional waiter Chalres, who honestly knows steak & how it should be cooked even better than the customer does - highly recommended!
