Une très belle expérience en très bonne compagnie. Un peu surpris d'être au comptoir au départ, mais les deux chefs & toute l'équipe sont assurément des maîtres dans l'art de l'hospitalité. Merci pour cette belle soirée

Exceptionnel !! Nous avons mangé au comptoir avec vue sur la cuisine, & nous avons été privilégiés d'un contact direct & de belles discussions avec le chef lui-même. Tout était sublime, le service, les repas, les accords mets & vins & par-dessus tout, la mise en valeur des produits locaux du Charlevoix. Nous y retournerons définitivement à notre prochain séjour dans la région !!

Memorable evening. Food is off the charts & the staff makes you feel at home right away. Sat at the bar with a close up view watching young chefs do their thing. We sampled the whole menu! Everything was spectacular but top three are as follows: beef with beurre noisette mash potatoes, pasta with clams & ham & the wild mushroom dish! We will be back 100%

Nous étions 4, assises sur le coin du comptoir à l'entrée, nous avons ADORÉ cet emplacement. Comment décrire notre expérience gustative? Tout fut une fête dans notre bouche, chaque plat était une découverte, un bonheur. Les épicuriennes que nous sommes furent enchantées. Notre serveuse, dont nous oublions le nom.....le bon vin aidant, était charmante & professionnelle, le chef, venait aussi nous servir à l'occasion.....VRAIMENT ......UNE EXPÉRIENCE À REVIVRE. Merci à toute l'équipe.
