Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes (incluant un bébé). Nous avions réservé à l'avance pour avoir suffisamment de place & nous avons été très bien accommodé! Nous avions quelques personnes pescétariens & la plupart du menu était accessible!

Les plats étaient savoureux, créatifs & vraiment de qualité!

Excellent choice of Quebec wine. Portions are small - more of a'share' plate expereince, almost tapas. Hipster, low key but high end food atmosphere. Excellent service. really enjoyed my meal

What a wonderful spot! It is on the pricier side but worth it for a nice treat if you appreciate flavour, intention, & fresh ingredients. Highly recommend asking the servers for recommendations based on your hunger level & style (comfort versus delicate etc).

Recommendation is at least 5-6 plates for 2 people, plus dessert.

Their menu structurally remains the same but can evolve depending on the local ingredients they have access to. The aligot & chicken were highlights for both flavour but also size (more substantial, $$ than the others). But the blackcurrant pie was the perfect ending, the whipped cheese cream on top was delightful.

If booking in the summer, reservations are highly recommended as they are very busy everyday.

Really looking forward to returning!

We feel so fortunate to have discovered La Buvette Gentille on a quiet Sunday evening in while in Charlevoix. We are staying at a resort nearby & were looking for a change of scenery. The food & atmosphere were exceptional & each bite was beyond our expectations. We loved that everything was local & the team knew the producers & how each product was made including the wines, foie gras, seafood & meats. We would go out of our way to stop here again.
