J'adore découvrir de nouveaux restos & celui-ci se spécialise dans les grilled cheese. Difficile de choisir, tellement ils semblent tous délicieux. Je vous le recommande. Situé dans le Trait Carré à Charlesbourg, ce petit resto vaut le détour.

Ça vaut le détour! Délicieux! Le grilled cheese au Boeuf braisé était excellent & mon amie à décidé pour le grilled cheese La Trempette qui était également excellent. Propriétaire très gentil!

Pain local, produits régionaux, accueil chaleureux, grilled cheese décadents (l'adjectif revient souvent, mais ce n'est pas sans raison!) & pâtisseries savoureuses: un tout petit pignon sur rue qui sait recevoir en grand. À découvrir absolument!

My wife & I visited Quebec City & had our first meal at La P'tite Souris, it's a bit hidden but definitely worth finding. We ordered La Trempette & Le Forestier, which were hands down the best grilled cheese sandwiches we ever had. The watermelon salad was another favorite. It was so good we visited La P'etite Souris twice during our 4 day stay in Quebec City. Highly recommend this place.

Moi & ma conjointe avons découvert ce restaurant, malheureusement 6 mois en retard ! Les grilled cheeses était tout à fait divin ! Des aliments de qualités, gouteux, parfaitement griller sur du pain au levain !! Tout simplement WOW
C'est un endroit unique où le propriétaire est passionné & qui prend le temps quelques minutes de répondre à nos petites questions.

By far one of the most incredible hidden gems! I am visiting Quebec city for 4 days. My partner & I hiked then found this cute restaurant along the way back. This is by far one of the best places I've eaten in all of Canada! I got the Pomme Caramel which was probably the tastiest apple & brie grilled cheese I've had! My partner got the Poulet Buffalo which was just as delicious! The watermelon jalapeno salad & pesto pasta salad are beyond this world. The atmosphere is also super relaxing & homey. If you get the chance to pass by here, this is a place you must eat at!
