En arrivant, ma copine m'a dit qu'il y avait déjà plein de bons avis, & on a vite compris pourquoi. On ne connaissait pas l'endroit du tout. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis & a pris le temps de nous expliquer qu'il travaille avec des commerces locaux.
On a essayé les grilled cheese pomme & caramel & boeuf braisé. Les deux étaient vraiment excellents. Super salade & dessert aussi. Une très belle découverte dans le Trait-Carré de Charlesbourg.

Grilled-cheeses incroyablement bons ! Toute la famille a adoré ! Plusieurs choix avec accompagnement de salade ou de soupe très goûteuse & les enfants ont adoré les tartelettes - nous sommes entrée sans attente & somme ressortie avec une superbe surprise ! Allez y goûter !

Tout était parfait. Le plus dur c'est de choisir son grilled Cheese. Je vais revenir pour tester les autres c'est sûr, car c'était vraiment délicieux. La soupe aussi était tellement bonne. Des vrais produits de qualité. Le propriétaire est vraiment attentif & accueillant. N'hésitez pas à venir !!! Je reviendrai & recommanderai ce petit resto avec plaisir.

Très agréable surprise! Le patron est très accueillant, à l'écoute & très agréable. Sa cuisine est gourmande (aussi bien ses soupes, que ses salades ou encore ses grilled cheeses) en toute simplicité. Nous avons passé un super moment. Nous le recommandons vivement si vous passez dans le coin!

Absolument délicieux, potage de champignons & grilled cheese à la brisket. Pain grillé à la perfection, une généreuse quantité de fromage. Définitivement un endroit à découvrir, j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner afin de goûter un autre sandwich.
