Nous avons été pour la première fois ce soir à la P'tite souris & nous avons été très agréablement surpris! Nous avons reçu un service impeccable de la part du propriétaire. Il est très gentil & attentionné envers les clients. De plus, les grilled cheese étaient succulents & remplis d'ingrédients de grande qualité. Je vais assurément parler de cette belle découverte à ma famille & mes amis!

En arrivant, ma copine m'a dit qu'il y avait déjà plein de bons avis, & on a vite compris pourquoi. On ne connaissait pas l'endroit du tout. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis & a pris le temps de nous expliquer qu'il travaille avec des commerces locaux.
On a essayé les grilled cheese pomme & caramel & boeuf braisé. Les deux étaient vraiment excellents. Super salade & dessert aussi. Une très belle découverte dans le Trait-Carré de Charlesbourg.
