This place is super fun. We came hear because of the feature in Anthony Bourdain's series. The fun environment did not disappoint - the group of talented young chefs working around 2 small electric stoves.
Food was good, but not great. We ordered 4 things:
Asparagus 5/5 - Very fresh, very tasty with all the citrus incorporated into the salad. The vinaigrette was perfectly balanced - not too sharp or sweet.
Scallops 3/5 - scallops were at the perfect doneness - seared on one side, then just lightly touched on the other, with a ton of butter. Unfortunately not all the scallops were seared well, some looked like they were boiled. The vegetables tasted like an afterthought - they were cold & unappetizing.
Demi-poulet 2/5 - the chicken was dry. The skin was nice & crisp, & the flavour was great, but it was hard to reconcile with the stringy meat. This was a let down, especially since the waiter said it was cooked'sous-vide' prior to putting into the oven - we were anticipating a very juicy, perfectly cooked bird. Again, the vegetables tasted like an afterthought.
Brownie 5/5 - YUM. Warm dark chocolate brownie topped with chilled Bailey's whipped cream. This was so delicious, & worth every cent.

Première fois où le menu est annoncé à voix haute pour toute la salle. Chaque table est servie en même temps & avance donc au même rythme.
Les plats sont très beaux visuellement & surtout très bons. Les saveurs & textures sont travaillées.
Ils proposent du vin & ont aussi une petite sélection de bières locales sympathiques.
Service fluide & serveurs supers sympas!

Cuisine savoureuse, variée, préparée avec soins. Super service, amical & soucieux. Ambiance décontractée, un peu sombre.
À deux, nous avons mangé 4 entrées & partagé un repas principal.
Belle sélection de vin, & bar complet.
Ris de veau & sa sauce à se pitcher par terre, boudin craquant à en demander encore , foie gras juste bien saisis à tremper dans la sauce du ris…. !!! , gravelax aux 4 niveaux d'arômes…. Ben voyons donc, crevettes/pieuvre… & pommes verte!!! Wheewaattttt!!!
Nous avons profité du 2e service (8:30pm), ce qui a permis d'étirer un peu la soirée & terminer avec une petite dance improvisée! Super sympa!!!

est une véritable révélation culinaire ! L'expérience gastronomique offerte,du canard au porc, en passant par le poisson & les fruits de mer, était absolument fabuleuse & d'une qualité exceptionnelle.
?L'approche du menu, affiché au mur & présenté avec passion par un serveur à la connaissance encyclopédique de chaque plat, ajoute une touche d'authenticité unique & très appréciée. Le service est ainsi parfait, attentif & incroyablement bien informé.
?Surtout, ne manquez pas les fameux ris de veau : c'est une tuerie !
?Notre repas a été couronné par un excellent vin (un 15 ans d'âge) suggéré & soigneusement choisi par notre serveur. Une recommandation impeccable qui a rendu la soirée parfaite. Ce restaurant est un incontournable pour tout amateur de bonne chère.

Un banger absolu. Petit restau avec une ambiance hyper chaleureuse, on s'y sent chez soit & surtout on y mange BIEN ! Le vin était délicieux & le service aux petits oignons 💖 Mention spéciale à la musique , on va des clash aux CCR en passant par du Jean Leloup, un régal culinaire & auditif.
