We selected the six course tasting with wine pairing on Sunday. Upon entry you are greeted with the hustle & bustle of the kitchen enclosed in glass & escorted the stairs to the main restaurant.
The staff are very attentive & knowledgeable about the menu & wines of the various regions. Everything was excellent & presented in different dishes with a relaxed & unhurried pace.
Truly a lovely experience that I would recommend & will return again.

Simply Amazing!
The food & exceptional wine pairing was spectacular, we enjoyed dining at the chefs table. The service was on point, loved the detailed descriptions of all the food & wines.
We will be back!

From our arrival to our departure, the staff was amazingly attentive. The room we dined in was charming & food..it was a delight to our eyes & taste bud! We did the wine pairing & were most impressive withe the choices & the staffs descriptions of each wine & dish..it's a must to do in Quebec City ..& a must return time & time again!

Best restaurant we've eaten at in Quebec City since we've been visiting over the last 3 years. We thoroughly enjoyed the 6 course meal with the exceptional wine pairings.

We had a lovely dinner! The food was delicious & imaginative. Not something you would find anywhere else. We also found the wine pairings to be superb. The service was also excellent, & the staff was friendly & very knowledgeable. I highly recommend for a special evening out.

An outstanding dining experience. We chose the 4 course tasting with wine pairing. My wife asked if she could substitute one of the meats & they happily obliged. The food & the wines were amazing all the way through. Matthieu was our server & did an excellent job as well!

Great creative food preparation & gracious, genuine hospitality. We loved the wine pairing & explanation that came with each wine & dish served. Flétan Atlantique & Pintade really stood out to us in both preparation & execution. Hoping that you get the National recognition that you've earned. Congratulations!

It was the best overall experience in Quebec. Excellent food, wine & service. The Sommelier did a spectacular job with te pairings & she was just lovely to speak with.
