My wife & I enjoyed the best meal, wine pairing & service we have ever had in North America (& probably anywhere, including our 7 years while living in Europe) with a 6 course delicious food & wine pairing. We chose Le Clan, based on the recommendation from my hotel Manoir d'Auteil & reading the outstanding reviews, to celebrate notre 50e anniversary de mariage. The whole team, especially the sommelier Antoine & the server Thomas, were gracious & knowledgable. This reflects the outstanding culture apparently created & maintained by management. Every course & wine selection was perfect - with thorough & helpful explanations by team members, especially Antoine. Merci Beaucoup to the entire team!

We would give more staif we could. The whole team, especially the sommelier Antoine & the server Thomas, were gracious & knowledgable. This reflects the culture created & maintained by management.
The only negative was bringing the liquor cart out without asking if we were interested.

Not only the food is 5 star but the experience was 5 star plus. Fantastic service! Don't miss this opportunity in Old Quebec. & for our kids ages 24, 23 & 19 this was the most memorable meal of their young gastronomic lives. 6 courses took a while so maybe only 4 courses if you don't want a 3 hour meal. But the stories that went with each course & each wine made the time go quickly. I think exceptional value especially for the food. Perhaps slightly less so for the wine but still incredibly well thought out & paired for each course. Bon Apetiti!

We can to Le Clan to celebrate a birthday & were blown away by both the service & the food. Each dish & wine pairing were expertly described & they went above & beyond for a birthday request. This was by far one of our favorite experiences in Quebec & highly recommend it to others!

Perfect. Literally, perfect. Artfully crafted menu & wine pairings. Top notch cocktails. Incredible atmosphere. Service that sets the bar for others to follow. The absolute best of Quebec on a plate. Farm to table, adventurous & refined. Shout out to Johnathan who made our anniversary & first trip to Le Clan spectacular. This is the place. Just go. Best of the best!

This was the most amazing dinner I have ever had. We chose the 6 course with the wine pairing & it each corse just exceeded the next! The wait staff was very attentive & friendly. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect way to end our trip in Quebec!

One of the most memorable meals we've ever had. You enter the restaurant on the ground floor, almost feeling like you are walking into the open kitchen. Then you are "swept" upstairs to the unique & beautiful dining room. The service was the best we have ever experienced - friendly & knowledgeable. We opted for the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings. Each course (starting from the beautiful wagyu beef tartare amuse bouche) was both beautiful & delicious. The first course was asparagus. The second & third were fish dishes (the third course in particular was a work of art). Next was a unique poultry dish (I think pheasant, but I can't remember) followed by a tender medallion of veal. The dessert course was a journey unto itself. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at LeClan. The food was outstanding. Each dish was a piece of art. Our waitress was so knowledgeable explaining our wine pairings. The whole experience was an excellent ending to our first trip to Quebec City!
