Our dinner at Le Clocher Penché was nothing short of extraordinary. We started with fresh bread, perfectly warm with rich, flavorful butter - a simple yet flawless introduction to the evening.
The labneh dish was a standout - creamy & tangy labneh paired with beluga lentils, radicchio, olives, & almonds, creating a wonderful balance of textures & flavors. Every bite was fresh, earthy, & satisfying.
The pasta dish was equally outstanding - the conchiglie with tomato, guanciale, & basil was cooked to perfection, enveloped in a luscious sauce that was both rich & aromatic, with bright basil tying it all together.
To finish, the crème brûlée was impeccable - the caramelized top offered that perfect crack, revealing a silky, decadent custard beneath. It was the kind of dessert that makes you pause & savor every spoonful.
Le Clocher Penché's Michelin-reviewed reputation is well-deserved. From the attentive service to the refined, flavor-driven dishes, this is a restaurant that delivers on every level. Absolutely outstanding & a must-visit in Quebec City.

LCP set the bar really high for our culinary experience in Quebec City! It was our first night in Quebec & it didn't fail us from start to end. The service was attentive. The food was great throughout -highlights included fresh oysters topped with a refreshing granita, snowcrab with scallop & chanterelle, portchetta with blood pudding, polenta with duck ham.
Despite short selections of desserts, the creativity remained high....Maple flan+ nuts crust was a nice surprise. The size of Creme Brulee + banana cake was probably the biggest we have had for years.....
Their cocktails were also refreshing & the sweet wine was just right.
It made our first night in Quebec City very memorable.
I celebrated my birthday dinner at Le Clocher Penché, & it was a truly special experience. Though the main dining room was full, we were seated in the Red Room-a sleek, intimate space usually reserved for private events-which made the evening feel even more intimate. The service was attentive, the ambiance effortlessly chic, & the cocktails expertly crafted. The food was great from start to finish-highlights included the house-made bread & butter, fresh oysters topped with a refreshing granita, & the standout favorite: the gnocchi. A perfect spot for a memorable, special-occasion meal in Quebec City.
This place was amazing! Our server was so attentive & lovely & they were able to make modifications to dishes I had so that they were gluten free & dairy free for me. It was very nice of her to speak French with us so that we could practice. The cod was fantastic; perfectly cooked & some of the best cod I've ever had. Bar programme is also top notch. Mocktails were perfect, especially enjoyed the Mocky Ruby. Thanks to all the staff for making our dinner here extra special.
Fantastic food at a reasonable price (we are from the US so everything was 30% cheaper) The staff was kind, accommodating, & attentive. Best scallops I have ever had! If I come back I would definitely try & get a table facing the kitchen so I could see the chefs work.
Absolutely delicious dinner at Le Clocher. Every dish was exquisitely prepared & plated. The service was lovely, low key but attentive. Great ambience, not too loud. Love that! Eat here, it is wonderful!
Lovely dinner at Clocher Penché- atmosphere is lovely, quaint & modern bistro feel. Great oysters & lovely fish entrée. Staff were friendly & attentive. Food was really fresh & tasty- only downside are the chairs of the low top tables are not very comfortable ! Otherwise, the experience was very positive.
