Had a birthday dinner with my spouse & daughter, food was excellent but we were really disappointed with the level of service. We were seated in the back with a large group that was arriving & service quality was there but were forgotten. We felt we spent the whole night waiting. We had 2 courses & were there from 7:30 to 9;45. Waited almost half an hour before even getting our order. Disappointed as this was highly recommended by friends. I am hoping this is a one off experience.

Everything about this place is an A+, from the communication ahead of time to the friendly greeting by the host at the front door, to the absolutely immaculate service. The food (we ate almost everything on the menu) & the drinks were excellent, I would 100% return without a doubt. This restaurant came highly recommended, & I'm glad it was my first meal in Quebec City - though it did set a high bar for the rest of the visit.

We didn't love this place. The service was unbelievably slow, the food mediocre, & when we tipped under 15%, the waiter had the audacity to argue with us over it. 0/10 would not recommend.

good food & nice atmospehere. Had a lobster & pork: the pork was simply delicious & so tender that I would only recommend that dish!

J'ai adoré mon expérience. Le service offert par Mélanie était impeccable. De plus la nourriture était absolument succulente, tant pour la qualité que par la présentation. Il est certain que j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir & que je recommanderai sans hésitation ! 🤗

A friend who we were dining with recommended this very lovely, Michelin Guide-listed restaurant. The place had a really nice ambience, was very well presented, & the service was very friendly & efficient.

The menu took a little explaining, but then we had such a great choice of wonderfully created dishes.

Eventually, I settled on:

- Lamb moussaka + mornay + eggplant + tomato coulis + chip

-Trottole al limone + parmesan + mascarpone + tarragon + hazelnut

- Baked Alaska + frozen parfait + italian meringue + blueberry

The moussaka was rich & full of flavour, with shredded lamb. A great way to start. The trotolle pasta was deliciously cheesy, but fresh & lemony. The baked Alaska was very nicely done. What a great meal! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service & incredible food! I got the Lions Mane mushroom dish which was an immensely creative combination of flavor & texture. Our server was kind, knowledgeable, & attentive. I'd recommend eating here before they inevitably get a Michelin Star & it becomes super popular.

Le 14 mars 2026, ma conjointe & moi sommes allé au Clocher Penché. Tout était excellent. Les entrées & les choix de plats principaux. Les plats offerts au Clocher Penché sont uniques. La grande majorité des ingrédients proviennent de fournisseurs locaux. La fraîcheur des produits est exquises. Je recommande cette expérience culinaire à tout le monde.
