Ratio client serveur un peu juste, nous avons souvent attendus & aurions commandé un verre de plus. Serveuse sympathique, l'entrée au fromage frais décevante, impression qu'il y avait trop de présure dans le fromage qui donnait un goût trop amer, gravlax épatant, portion tataki vraiment petite pour le prix.

Assiettes vraiment trop petites pour le prix. Nous sommes restés sur notre faim après une entrée & un plat principal chacun

Le pain brioché n'avait rien d'assez spécial pour ne pas être inclus dans le repas.

Je n'ai pas apprécié l'entrée de fromage "liquide". Les bettraves prenaient toute la place en bouche.

Points forts: La qualité du canard, le café, le biscuit & le service.

Nous avons passé une magnifique soirée bien installé à une belle petite table. L’ambiance est classe, sans trop en faire & le service était convivial tout au long de la soirée. Vous avez droit à une jolie vue sur la cuisine où vous pouvez voir œuvrez ces artistes culinaires. Au niveau de la nourriture, nous avons dégusté de magnifiques saveurs toutes très bien équilibrées. Le gravlax de saumon était à tomber. Pour les repas principaux, nous avons partagé le canard & les pâtes cassarece. Je n’ai jamais mangé un repas aussi bien balancé & bien apprêté que le canard. Toutes les bouchées étaient parfaites. Les pâtes étaient goûteuses & bien crémeuse. Les cocktails étaient très très biens d’osés. Honnêtement, lors de l’addition, je m’attendais à bien plus cher pour l’expérience que nous avons eu. Le prix est à 1000% valable. Merci pour cette belle expérience que nous avons hâte de renouvele
