Nous avions une réservation à 21h30 pour 2. On nous a proposé de prendre nos manteaux & de prendre place. On le savait qu'on était sur la fin de soirée mais bon, j'avais réservé donc je m'attendais au même service qu'à 18h ou 20h. Le serveur était gentil mais sans plus. On a ressenti le service assez précipité pour ce type d'établissement. Au moment du service des plats principaux, je lui demande un verre de pinot noir. Il me dit qu'il n'en a pas présentement au verre mais qu'il a autre chose à me proposer. Il revient avec une bouteille (sa proposition était excellente) mais ne prend même pas le temps de me présenter la bouteille, le vin. J'ai dû demandé à savoir quel était le vin, il venait d'où, les informations de base quoi. Assez ordinaire comme service. Je recommanderai le restaurant, pour les plats délicieux & super généreux. Par contre, le service est à revoir.

Good was excellent. The service was great as well. Our waitress was available whenever we needed something but, was never pushy & never hurried us along. The atmosphere was quaint but, it was uncomfortably warm in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend.

A memorable dinner in Quebec. The food was fresh, locally sourced & perfectly executed. The menu is varied & every dish has its own unique combination of flavours. Livia went above & beyond to give us the most impeccable dining experience. Prices are very reasonable given the quality & handwork that goes into every dish. Would recommend this to anyone looking to have a gourmet fine dining experience in Quebec.

Wow! Incredible service from start to finish. Best restaurant during my one week in Québec! The name of our server is escaping me but she was amazing, thank you for the fabulous recommendations on the menu & Baie St. Paul & for assisting us in English w the menu! Must try the elder cocktail, the ipa selection, & the market fish & creme brulee! Wish I had another night to come back for the oysters, guinea fowl, & pasta dish! Highly recommend this gem & sad I missed the scallops!

In search for the best French restaurant in Quebec, we ended with up @leclocherpenche. Exceptional was an understatement. Menu was simple, prices were reasonable & dishes were executed carefully. Service was topnotch by Livia. I would definitely recommend & come back for the scallops, the fish of the day in Romesco sauce & their homemade butter. Parking was limited due to an ongoing construction. ❤️🇨🇦👌

Great food & service. Scallops, Lion's Mane (mushroom), & crème brûlée were our favorites. Helpful explanation of all dishes in French or English. Friendly service. Restaurant atmosphere was great with an open kitchen. Was a hot day - restaurant room could have been cooler for comfort but can't complain as we weren't the ones in the kitchen! Recommend!
