Qualité des plats exceptionnels. Service hors pair. Belle carte des vins avec des produits locaux. Seul hic, l'espace inexistant pour les jambes au bar. Étant fans du bar dans les restos, celui-ci est un flop monumental en terme d'ergonomie. Nous avons dû changer de place (merci au no show en question), sinon je serais sûrement chez le chiro au moment d'écrire ces lignes. Bravo pour la bouffe!

Un menu digne des plus grands chefs, une carte des vins de rêve. & une sommelière experte. Seule déception, en matière de bulles, au verre, il n'y avait que du cava. Il faudrait au moins un choix. Pourquoi pas un mousseux québécois.

Souper fantastique, tout était parfait! Ambiance chaleureuse. Le service était professionnel & décontracté. Kateline fut d'une excellente aide pour nous conseiller le vin à commander. La nourriture était une expérience en soi : nous avons commandé l'assiette de flétan. la cuisson était parfaite & l'accompagnement très recherché. Je reviendrai à Québec juste pour aller au Clocher !
