I'd start by saying this was one of the top 5 meals I have had in my entire life time. & I live in New York City where there is an abundance of great food. The experience was superb with an eclectic mix of ingredients & flavors. The ambiance seemed upscale casual with open windows, good lighting & lots of plants. The presentation was like eye candy & the food was locally sourced. Service was friendly & warm. I would come back to Quebec just to eat here.

Excellent services de tout personnel (à l'accueil & à table, du début jusqu'à la fin) & cela nous donne goût d'y revenir.

L'emplacement dans un coin de rue avec une ambiance chaleureuse & qui possède une belle lumière naturelle. Le décor nous transporte & la nourriture possédait une agréable balance de saveurs. Les portions étaient justes & leur classique boudin était si satisfaisant.

Fortement conseillé comme adresse & un incontournable de la ville de Québec.

Une expérience extraordinaire. L'ambiance, la musique, la luminosité était parfaite. Pour se qui est du souper, le service était attentionné raffiné & laissait quand même beaucoup d'espace. La nourriture était sublime les saveurs variés riche & digne d'un grand restaurant. Pour la carte de bière & de vin c'est probablement une des plus belles de tout l'est du Québec c'est révoltant de voir d'aussi beau truc & vouloir être raisonnable en même temps. Bon succès & surtout merci.

Fabulous find! Food was fantastic & professional service/server (Mark), once we were there. However, calling for a reservation was frustrating as we were told there was nothing available for a party of 4. Even when we stopped by the restaurant, we were told only a 9:30 pm time was available. Then we went online & were able to book a table for 4 at the time we wanted! Even though the reservation process was frustrating, it was an excellent dining experience!
