Service impeccable, repas succulent, conseil pour le choix de vin surprenant & tout à fait justifié.
Tous les vins viennent d'importation privée & les ingrédients du repas sont, dans la mesure du possible, achetés localement.
On a bien hâte d'y retourne, avec des amis cette fois !

Une soirée pluvieuse est devenu ensoleillé, le temps d'un souper. Partagé les entrées en groupe permet de gouter à plusieurs plats/plusieurs saveur incroyable. Il est impossible de faire un choix en lisant le menu. On veut tout sentir, tout gouter. Le tartare de veau, tout en douceur & finesse, le homard ainsi que le fromage maison aux fines herbes sont un must.

Mom repas principale fut boeuf cuit & saisie à la perfection, avec des morilles . Un peu bruler, saisie sur le grill donne un gout incroyable à la viande, ce fut un steak memorable. Nois avons but un vin incroyable de la region de la Mauricie (Sainte-Thecle) qui allait à merveille a evc le repas. Juste wow!

Que dire du service, des conseilles & du sourrire du staff.Je vous conseille sans hesiter. Allez au Clocher penché.
