My spouse & I had dinner at le Clocher Penché during a quick Quebec City getaway. The room & atmosphere was amazing - cool vibe, & very warm & inviting. We were greeted warmly & sat at a fantastic corner where we had privacy but were also part of the room.

Our sever, Vincent was fabulous - professional, courteous, friendly, helpful - the consummate partner in our dining experience. The food was fantastic - amazing flavours & choices. I recommend that you speak to your server & have them provide recommendations - you won't regret it. Vincent even recommended a wine for us that we wouldn't have picked on our own & it was delicious. Merci Vincent - d'avoir rendu notre soirée & notre repas si spéciaux!

I highly recommend this restaurant.

I went in hungry with my wife. The server wasn't chatty once I spoke English. First we tried to pre order as we had our dogs outside we were told no. Take out or eat in only. Offered to pay ahead still no. Everyone around us was also playing tourist. Servers & was nothing special took its sweet time coming to us. Our bill was two meals no apps no booze. It was 20% of my mortgage payment. Wasn't anything dreadful but if you read this far just pass by this place.
