Ok, wow... le menu de Noël était juste PARFAIT !!

tout était bien indiqué dans la boîte, les instructions très claires & le résultat Fabuleux!

J'avais des doutes sur le boeuf wellington, mais en respectant les indications la cuisson était parfaites !!

C'était impeccable! Un excellent souper de Noel. Merci pour ce menu rempli de saveurs sagement bien dosées. Les petites saucisses au canard étaient miam! Le mélange crème de topinambour avec le carré de boeuf & foie gras était sublime. Le boeuf Wellington était super tendre & la croûte excellente.
