Superb food, great service & yummy cocktails. What a great evening! Our favourites were the beef tongue, the shishito peppers in escabeche, & the yummy take on key lime pie meets baked Alaska for dessert. Also the cocktails. Would highly recommend!

Not too snooty but great food & service. Not as expensive as I feared. Five star food with a semi-laid back atmosphere while still very professional & classy. Pork chop was unique & 100% impressive. Thanks!

The restaurant was buzzing all night long - great atmosphere & great service. The food is good in general, with some dishes are great. The beef tongue is really tender & flavorful. The pork chop is the best. Only complaint - I wish there was more mushroom in the lions mane. Overall a great place to visit.

A frustrating night at a restaurant we wanted to love. Our 8:30 reservation, booked a month in advance & confirmed by text that morning, was cancelled a few hours later by a second text with no explanation, & our calls went unanswered. Not wanting to miss the place entirely, we arrived at 7 hoping to be squeezed in, & were seated at the small bar, which turned out to be a charming spot. The food more than delivered: a lovely halibut crudo & a halibut special that showed why this kitchen has its reputation. The service, unfortunately, didn't match it. We felt brushed aside all evening, & as English speakers we couldn't shake the sense that this played a part. We came in quiet, polite, & eager to enjoy ourselves. The cooking earned a return visit; the hospitality made us hesitant to book one.

Excellente ambiance, service impeccable & cuisine incroyable!

J'oublie certainement d'autres points, mais pour moi, c'est un 10/10, même si j'accorde très rarement cette note. Vu à quel point les employés sont dévoués à vous offrir le meilleur service possible, cette note est largement méritée.

C'est le genre d'endroit où l'on peut à la fois très bien manger & très bien boire, tout en profitant d'un service courtois, professionnel & attentionné. Bref, une véritable valeur sûre lorsqu'on est de passage dans la ville de Québec.

C'est aussi le genre de restaurant où l'on ne regrette vraiment pas d'avoir réservé d'avance.

Je recommande sans hésitation!
