Notre expérience était très décevante. Chaque repas commandé (Aguachile, fromage, tataki & onglet de boeuf) avait certes quelques éléments intéressants, mais dans son ensemble, les mets étaient très fades, basiques & manquaient cruellement de texture & de saveur. Honnetement, la nourriture n'est pas hors de ce monde. Nous avons aussi été déçus du service. Nous venions pour un anniversaire, je le mentionne au serveur & ce dernier m'indique qu'une chandelle est servie avec un dessert. Je me fais donc à l'idée que le dessert est une gracieuseté du restaurant. On ne me mentionne pas le prix du dessert & on nous l'impose. Je constate uniquement lors de la réception de la facture que le dessert m'a été chargé...
De plus, pendant la soirée, il nous est souvent arrivé de voir les cuisiniers manger avec leurs mains pour ensuite manipuler de la nourriture à servir sans se laver les mains. Cela est très choquant, surtout pour un restaurant qui a une nomination dans le guide michelin.
Nous avons été déçus, mais peut être que ce restaurant est parfait pour d'autres.

Meilleur pain de fesse, excellente ambiance bistro chic vibe parisienne. Excellent service & nourriture extraordinaire, le faiselle avec du fromage frais c'était très bon. ☺?

Honestly it was a bit disappointing. After researching before visiting the city this place popped up a lot on Reddit & obvs in the Michelin guide. The malfadine pasta & fish were both just okay, similar to what you may get at a chain like Earls if you are a west coaster. Place was slammed & they seem understaffed. The server was very nice & helpful but way too busy & the service/food was crazy slow to come. Also the restaurant had no ac was quite stuffy. Maybe better on other days but overall a bit of a disappointment for our first Quebe City meal.

The food is delicious & the kitchen & all restaurant staff is very accommodating to dietary needs. My wife has celiac disease & is a vegetarian, the kitchen made her a unique entree & modified an appetizer & dessert to suite her needs. I highly recommend adding this place to your must visit restaurant list.
