🌱Vegan Friendly 🌱 Repas extraordinaire ! Je n'ai jamais aussi bien mangé au Québec ! Ce bistro est digne d'une restaurant gastronomique, la présentation des plats est très bien travaillée, les ingrédients sont de première qualité, c'est succulent. Les végans sont les très bienvenus, téléphonez peut-être avant pour les avertir mais il y a toujours une proposition végétarienne & très souvent végétalienne sur la carte. Le patron est très sympathique, la serveuse aimable également ! Je remercie un des chefs, Patrick pour avoir mis tant de coeur pour me préparer une entrée & un plat Vegan d'une très grande qualité alors qu'il y avait un groupe de 25 personnes pour souper & le restaurant était complet. Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Le prix est vraiment raisonnable pour la qualité des mets.

Nous avons bien apprécie le cote gustatif de l'expérience, le service, mais avons été quelque peu déçu par les 2 plats principaux végétariens- pâtes & fèves Romano. La portion de pâtes servie était maigre; les fèves servies dans une assiette plate, chevauchée de brins de chicorée, laissait a désirer, lorsque comparée aux plats servis a nos convives carnivores. Le tout était néanmoins savoureux; il serait tout de meme opportun d'améliorer le niveau culinaire de vos plats végétariens.

Positive aspects: The attentive service at the restaurant was commendable, & the salmon appetizer, pate & oysters were enjoyable. Negative aspects: Unfortunately, the cod was uneventful, & the blood sausage entree was too dry for our taste, resulting in a disappointing experience overall.
