We loved this restaurant! Amazing ambience, service & food. Everything on the menu was super fresh & local (who knew Québécois wine was so good?!). The star of our trip so far!

Je ne me sentais pas en grande forme mais j'ai quand même insisté pour accompagner mon amis, mon état ne m'a pas permis de manger comme je l'aurais voulu, la serveuse m'a donc proposée de mettre le plat dans une boîte pour emporter. Mon seul regret est d'avoir oublié cette boîte parce que le peu que j'ai pu manger était vraiment excellent.

Merci pour la qualité des plats & le service aux petits oignons.

Toujours aussi incroyablement bon & le service est impeccable. Ça fait au moins 15 ans que j'y vais & je dois dire que c'est l'un des rares restaurants qui a su maintenir un aussi haut standard malgré l'inflation & tout le reste.

From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was going to be a wonderful dining experience. Beginning with a dozen freshly shucked oysters complemented with a wonderful'pepper' sauce served cleverly in a dropper. & a shaved ice Bloody Mary compote. Our second course was a halibut crudo with pickled ginger & curry. Complimenting our first two courses were wonderful cocktails. For the entrees, we shared the Black Cod which was the fish of the day & the homemade pasta of the day. We topped the evening off with the white chocolate crème broule & an espresso martini. The service was wonderful. Our server was friendly & attentive. Michelin star? No argument here.

Service impeccable. Nous avons eu une description très détaillée & précise du menu ainsi que de la carte des vins. Notre serveuse a été fantastique.
