We don't write many reviews, but this place warrants commendation.The best meals we have had in Canada!!!!
Their food is outstanding, wines are very good, interesting, & affordable, & the staff (in particular Liv) very knowledgeable & friendly. Definitely a great place for dinner in Quebec!!!!!

C'est toujours un plaisir de se restaurer dans ce lieu ... tout est parfait. La déco (ce vert sur les murs) ...la cuisine ouverte, voir les cuisiniers opérer en silence avec passion. Ce soir pour nos papilles pain de fesse ... comme d'hab succulent & qui ouvre l'appétit .. Entrée gravlax au saumon ...l'assiette avant d'être bonne est belle, elle te drague de manière subtile avec bcp de classe. Le boudin ...fait maison, du goût ...seul regret on en veut toujours plus. Les plats ...poisson du soir la morue ... elle est cuite juste comme il faut & la pieuvre qui l'accompagne sait la mettre en valeur ... & le canard ... ouf cuisson parfaite il est beau ce magret il est rouge passion ... Le service est souple & souriant & on te reconnaît, ça c'est être pro ..car on le sait c'est un resto qui sait te parler ...te nourrir & te faire revenir encore & encore ...on n'y retrouve à coup sûr le goût de la première fois ...

Ratio client serveur un peu juste, nous avons souvent attendus & aurions commandé un verre de plus. Serveuse sympathique, l'entrée au fromage frais décevante, impression qu'il y avait trop de présure dans le fromage qui donnait un goût trop amer, gravlax épatant, portion tataki vraiment petite pour le prix.
