Normalement je suis toujours plus que satisfaite. Mais là l'assiette de Charlevoix, qui était mon plat préféré, a changé d'allure. Au lieu du plat si raffiné & délicat avec beaucoup d'épinards & une fine couche de fromage fondu sur les oeufs brouillés, j'ai eu droit à des oeufs gratinés (beaucoup trop de fromage) & un filet d'épinards. Le plat a perdu tout son raffinement. Quelle déception
