Le Cochon Dingue de Place Sainte-Foy est sans contredit mon restaurant de prédilection pour le déjeuner. Ce que j'apprécie particulièrement, c'est que leur bol de café au lait est inclus dans le prix du repas, ce qui rend l'ensemble franchement abordable comparé à bien d'autres adresses spécialisées en brunch.

J'ai également eu l'occasion d'y souper, & l'expérience a été tout aussi délicieuse. Le menu du soir propose des plats généreusement garnis de fromages locaux, ce qui ajoute une belle touche régionale & savoureuse aux assiettes.

Un petit conseil : si vous prévoyez y aller en fin de semaine, pensez à réserver, car c'est un endroit prisé où les gens aiment s'arrêter après une séance de magasinage. Pour ma part, j'y retourne régulièrement & je vous le recommande sans hésiter.

I went around 2pm on Saturday, & it wasn't very busy-just a few people. The staff recommended the maple pork chop, which was excellent. Everything was great overall, though the service was a little slow
