Je vous explique la cote 3. J'avais adoré le foie de veau sauce moutarde à la succursale de St-Romuald. J'ai donc emmené ma mère spécialement pour ce plat à la succursale place Ste-Foy. Ce n'étaitpas la même recette de foie de veau pourtant dans la même chaîne de resto. Il n'y avait pas de sauce. Bref je m'explique mal qu'un plat soit préparé différemment dans 2 restos. Je suis tenace. J'ai l'intention d'emmener ma mère à St-Romuald!!!...même si c'est plus loin
