Loved this cute vegan restaurant. The service is excellent. Our server Annabelle was wonderful. For food, we loved the ceaser salad, beet tartare, sashimi, impossible burger. Had high hopes for the panko cauliflower, fettuccine & the agnolotti. They were good but could have more flavor. Our dessert was poor man's pudding which was delicious. Definitely recommend trying out this place.
After the first time my husband & I ate at Don Vegan, while visiting beautiful Quebec City, we ate there again four more times over our short 3 night stay!
We just returned from a trip back to Quebec City with our children & they all loved it! Whether you are vegan or not, you will be shocked how flavorful & versatile vegan food can be! All of the dishes we tried were delicious! My favorite was the Agnolottis. I did not miss ricotta cheese one bit!! Their mocktails & desserts are amazing as well. The service was spectacular as the staff there truly cares about their patron's experience!

Vous n'êtes pas végétarien/végétalien : c'est le restaurant qu'il vous faut ! (oui oui, vous avez bien lu). Ça sera l'occasion d'une très belle expérience avec la cuisine végétalienne.
Les plats sont absolument excellents, très bien exécutés, plein de saveurs. Franchement rien à redire, de l'entrée au dessert, si ce n'est qu'on en redemande.
Pour tout touriste qui passe dans le coin --> foncez ! (même si je le rappelle, vous êtes omnivore :)
A perfect spot for fine dining in the heart of Quebec City! We truly enjoyed both the food & the overall atmosphere - it was a delightful experience. For the entrées, we had the Polpette al Pomodoro & the soup of the day. For the mains, we ordered the Fettuccine with Mushrooms & Creamy Gnocchi, dessert was Poor Man's Pudding.
Everything was delicious. Highly recommended!
My Mum & I were visiting QC & we were super excited to have a Vegan restaurant just across our hotel. We visited 5/16/2025 & was welcome by Marc-Antoine. He informed us about the lunch special for $15 which was difficult to select since they all sounded amazing. (I didn't take a photo of the menu but hoping I remember the names) Both Mum & I started with the broccoli cauliflower soup & wow! LOVED IT! Mum had the curry rice with kofta & I opted for the risotto with roasted bell peppers & sausage. Dessert was a chocolate brownie cake. Everything was just amazing!! We wanted to order those same meals to take with us back to our hotel but it wasn't on their regular menu. We opted for a few items from the menu: roasted vegetable salad, Coconut Thai soup, burrito bowl, & impossible burger with Caesar salad (this was our meal for Sabbath but had some left over for Sunday too.) We made reservations for brunch on 5/18/2025; Mum had the morning burrito while I had the DONe Anma. Everything was so tasty! We went back again today (can you tell we love the food?) & was happy to be greeted by Marc-Antoine! Mum & I both had the almond & cranberry salad & the Mac & cheese. It was good. We plan on returning again until our last day in QC but it wasn't just the food that set the bar but the customer service we received upon our first visit by Marc-Antoine. We didn't speak the language but felt welcomed by his kindness, professionalism, & exceptional customer service. He was simply awesome! & the chef or chefs that prepared our incredible meals as well! The highlight for me is definitely visiting Don Vegan. Thank you for making our trip to QC enjoyable!
What a fantastic vegan dining experience! Our server, Laurence, was exceptionally skilled-effortlessly juggling multiple roles, from hosting & taking orders to serving food, making drinks, &, most importantly, staying impressively prompt. We were seated near the kitchen & had the pleasure of observing the smooth, calm energy in the space, which seemed to infuse our meal. The artichoke dip was prepared to perfection, so velvety that the layers peeled away effortlessly. The burrito bowl, with its delicious blend of jackfruit & other ingredients, was a delightful surprise. For dessert, the Gateau Don was a heavenly combination of cashews & berries. Paired with the relaxed vibe, impeccable service, & an excellent choice of music, this was a truly memorable experience.
