Review from 2026: I went back to Le Don after 5 years, soooo excited to try the food again, & I was quite disappointed. The potato salad was dry & so was the burger. The bun was over roasted & there was hardly anything inside, just some tofu & a couple of beets & a small slice of tomato & salad. I was actually shocked because I loved my experience the first time. Maybe it was the day we were there (July 1 in the middle of a heatwave), but I don't know if I'll be back. Makes me sad to leave this review, but I had to share. Review from 2021: Absolutely one of the most delicious vegan places I've ever been! Try the appetizer dish for two - it's filling & satisfying & absolutely yummy. The drinks are great too. Definitely a must-taste in Quebec City - & the location is really prime.

A dream restaurants for vegans. The menu is super diverse, so you get to try all types of vegan versions of your favorite foods. Yet they still manage to ensure everything is made with quality ingredients & has flavor. It is just the right balance between a nice restaurant for a special night out, yet is approachable & casual enough to not be over-the-top or pretentious. We had a great night & enjoyed the artichoke dip, pasta, & bibimbap
The lunch menu was great & had 2 different choices for the appetizer & 4 for the main course. So many vegan options! The dishes were amazing which came along with free tab water. But if you're an tourist & speak English you're not really welcome by the waiter at the front desk..

Tout était délicieux ! Pour un prix tout à fait correct & les personnes au service sont absolument adorables !
We enjoyed outdoor seating with great drinks & food. Everything looked so good! We settled on ordered the bibimbap, burrito bowl, & gnocchi. Great cocktails, & fantastic mocktail options too! Service was welcoming & impeccable. Would definitely visit again to try more of their vegan options.
We order the Thai soup & the steak & they blow our minds!! SO good!my wife has been vegan for quite a few years & that steak hit the spot!
The price is worth it!
Bien que je travaille près du Don Vegan je n'y étais jamais allé. Je savais que ce resto avait une excellente réputation & hier je n'ai pas été déçue. Antipasti pour 2, Risotto aux champignons & la vedette de la soirée fut le Steak Chunk Food, bien juteux & braisé. Portions généreuses, bien assaisonnées & gastronomiques.
Toutefois, mon cocktail goûtait plus à un mocktail.

Ça faisait un moment que nous n'étions pas venus pour un brunch & j'avais encore en tête l'ancien brunch ultra-généreux avec mimosa à volonté.
Je dois dire que j'ai été déçu. J'ai pris le DONé Anma avec une demi-saucisse Beyond en supplément (21 +3$ sans service ni taxes), l'assiette n'était pas pleine, 8 patates frites, 2 petits morceaux d'avocat frit. J'avais le ventre qui en demandait encore après avoir mangé !
& le mimosa n'est plus à volonté gratuitement, mais ça c'est moins important.
J'espère que les portions vont revenir plus généreuses car c'était une des meilleures places à Québec pour un brunch vegan.
