Wonderful ambience & servers! Delicious risotto & Caesar salad. Large patio but it rained so we sat inside. Charming. We will return for a second visit!

Very few gluten free options & no substitutes possible per the chef. There was 1 appetizer option & then a similar main dish option & risotto. No GF subs possible on the pasta dishes. No option to use tamari (which is GF soy sauce) for soy sauce which might have yielded GF options in several other dishes. As vegan eaters we frequently ask for vegan substitutes at other restaurants so I expected more flexibility & accommodating responses to my celiac issue. There were several dishes that sounded great that I didn't get to try.

Yum! Will definitely visit Don Vegan the next time we're in Quebec City. Caesar salad was the best & the mushroom risotto...delish. Kids had ramen & hubs enjoyed the creamy fettuccini. You won't be disappointed by the serving size either. We rolled outta there ;)

We were unable to get a table on walk-in so we reserved online for the next night - & it was definitely worth the wait! Food was delicious, service was good & the atmosphere was very cool.
We had the Dom Risotto, General Tao's, Spaghetti Carbonada & Thai soup! Highly recommend all but especially the Dom Risotto!!

Very good, we had the don risotto & the carbonara, & for drink the don & the donnarita - both were great! Very very fast service. We sat down, ordered drinks then food & were out 25 minutes later.

My spouse & I ordered the Antipasto for Two, then noticed that almost all other tables were doing so as well. It consists of many of the other items from the Starters menu (my favourite were the DONplings), plus some Agnolottis. We then shared a Risotto Don, which was delicious (but most of it came home with us as the Antipasto was very generous.)

J'ai bien aimé mon expérience. Les plats sont originaux & diversifiés. J'ai pris le risotto aux champignons & c'était bon, mais le goût de la levure nutritionelle était très prononcé. J'ai aussi gouté au bibimbap & au sauté & je les ai trouvés très bon. Pour finir, notre serveur Francis était bien gentil. Je vais sûrement revenir pour essayer les autres plats!

Excellent food. We had the General Tao & the Risotto. Waiter was great - friendly & nice! . We had an 8pm dinner so it wasn't busy so service was excellent. Had cocktails which were well made.
