What an unbelievable dinner! The chef is a genius. Every single appetizer on our shared antipasto plate was packed with intriguing flavor, & the mains (especially the cashew-based "Carbonada") were also outstanding. We have been to many vegan restaurants, including top-rated ones in New York, & this beats them all hands down. We are going back for lunch today--& so looking forward to it!

La nourriture , bien que végan , ne permet pas de d'instaurer des prix aussi élevés pour des assiettes de légumes & patates pillées. la seule visite que j'aurai fait à ce restaurant seulement pour la curiosité!

Notre première expérience d'un restaurant vegan, & certainement pas la dernière ! Tout était savoureux & même des classiques comme le humous ou le guacamole étaient revisités avec imagination.

Excellent repas dans ce nouveau resto, qui offre maintenant une option Vegan à Québec. Très goûteux mais certains plats mériteraient d'avoir un peu plus de protéines & de légumes, pour le prix.

À retourner, assurément.
