Super expérience au Don Végane à Québec !
Les plats sont vraiment délicieux, bien présentés & généreusement servis. On sent qu'il y a du travail & de la créativité derrière chaque assiette. Le service est impeccable, chaleureux & attentionné du début à la fin.
Alors oui, c'est pas donné, surtout quand on réalise qu'il n'y a ni viande ni fromage dans l'assiette 😅... mais honnêtement, on en a pour son argent : saveurs au rendez-vous, portions satisfaisantes & ambiance agréable.
Bref, même en tant qu'omnivore assumé, je valide. Une belle découverte végane qui donne envie de revenir !
Végane ou pas, c'est une cuisine exquise! Tout est bon, les portions sont généreuses, c'est mon resto préféré & celui de ma fille. Nous y allons régulièrement , tout est délicieux!

Incredibly delicious food if a bit expensive but imo totally worth it if you're willing to splurge a bit. The servers were incredibly kind & even talked French slowly to us & let us try our own French as we're learning/practicing.

The food was so great that I was quite dumbfounded to be served Lipton tea... come on invest on some proper tea... it's a bit insulting to get supermarket tea aside from such delicious & elevated food
Probably one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. We had four meals here during our vacation in Quebec, including a brunch, lunch, & two dinners. The standout meals were the gnocchi with cashew sauce - so good, especially with the caramelized onions - & the eggs Benedict, which also had the onions along with'chicken shiitake'
We will definitely come back when we visit Quebec again. Thank you!
Menu is in French & English, server maneuvers to each language seamlessly. It was amazing to see. Food was spectacular. I had Fettuccine with Mushrooms, 2 glasses of wine, chocolate cake, & espresso. The regular portion is large enough for being hungry alone or would be good for sharing with a partner. The cake brought gasps of awe from those at the next table. The atmosphere is casual but the menu is fine dining - welcoming, lovely, & magnificent.
