Vegan food gets a bad rap. It just needs good ingredients imaginatively prepared & plated - like what you find at Don Vegan. If we lived in Quebec City we'd be regulars.

Dans un décor éclaté, où le chic côtoie la bande dessinée, un parfum nous accueille à notre entrée, nous faisant titiller les papilles. Les portions sont généreuses, les saveurs y sont bien présentent & on n'a pas l'impression que de manger de la luzerne ou un amas de carotte rappée. Vous y trouverez des gniotchis, du bacon de tofu & de merveilleux donpling. & n'oubliez pas de prendre un de leurs cocktails, ils sont vraiment succulents.

We were so happy to find the option of a vegan restaurant on our recent visit to Quebec City. The food was excellent. We also enjoyed the drink choices, both alcoholic & nonalcoholic. Our waitress was lovely. We had a little difficulty finding the restaurant. It was hard to see the sign.

La qualité du service laisse à désirer dans de nombreux restaurant de la Ville de Québec à mesure que la pénurie de main-d'oeuvre s'accentue. J'ai visité votre établissement une bonne dizaine de fois & le service est toujours impeccable. Les prix sont tout à fait justifiés au regard de la qualité des aliments. Les mimosas à 2$ vont être mon attrait des samedis ou dimanches matins!
